Welcome to The Brick Collector blog! I'm Guohong, an AFOL (Adult Fan of Lego) from Singapore. My affinity with Lego dates back to 1994, when I got my first Lego set, the 6561 Hot Rod Club. As Lego wasn't the cheapest toy around, I never got to buying the many sets I wanted back then.
Like many AFOLs who went through their own dark ages, I only got back into Lego in 2007, thanks to a lucky purchase of a used 4563 Load and Haul Railroad at a used goods store. It was also during that time my passion for Lego was reignited, and I count myself extremely fortunate to restart my collection with the Modular building series.
I hope to use this space to share with other like minded folks all about the toy, be it reviews of Lego sets I own and have built, or news of upcoming releases in the future. Do check back for more posts in due course!
